To report a theft:
1. Login to your Redefind portal, click on the report theft button for any insured accounts that suffered an insured event.
2. Follow the instructions on the ‘How to claim’ summary page.
3. Connect the affected insured accounts to verify ownership.
4. Add the theft transaction(s) to your basket.
5. Complete the theft form, agree to the declarations and press submit.
