We will never request your wallet or exchange password, or Private Keys / Seed Phrase / Recovery Phrase from you. It is crucial never to disclose this information to anyone. If you receive any such request claiming to be from us, this is a SCAM - please report it immediately to us.
💡 Tip
NEVER disclose your Secret Recovery Phrase (12/24 words) or sensitive password credentials to anyone, ever! If someone asks for this, they are trying to steal from you! Its as simple as that.

If you need to make a claim, we will ask you connect your cryptoasset accounts to your Redefind portal, simply to verify that the wallets or exchange accounts belong to you (we don't ever have any spending access).
